Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: Yes. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Q: What is your counselor to camper ratio?

Q: What is the best way to register?

A: Using our online registration is the best way to register. It will even provide real time information.

Q: Is the camper immunization record required if my child is current and is able to attend school?

A: Yes, campers who did not attend last year will need to provide the most current month, day, and year of the immunizations requested. If the camper attended last year then their immunization record should be provided by the system when registering online. You may update your immunization record when registering to provide current information.

Q: Is my camper registered when I provide the information?

A: In order to be registered, all information must be completed and required deposit(s) must be received. You will receive a confirmation letter via email when your camper is registered.

A: Yes, our licensing/insurance provider requires we have at least three contacts. These contacts are sorted and confirmed by the driver's license number.

Q: May I pick my camper up early?

A: Yes, provided that the camper(s) are picked up by an authorized person by 3:00 p.m. and we receive notification prior to your arrival.

Q: Do I have to use the same pickup point for the morning and afternoon?

A: No, you may have a different pickup point in the morning and afternoon. Registering online even allows you to have different pickup points each day.

Q: Can my child be in the same group as his/her friend?

A: Campers are grouped by grade and gender, so as long as they are both going into the same grade next school year and are the same gender, they will be in the same group.

Q: What do I do if my child is on the waitlist?

A: We update our waitlist every Saturday. You will receive an email and/or phone call as soon as a spot is available.

Q: Does my camper need his/her own helmet in order to participate in the horseback riding activity?

A: Campers participating in horseback riding are encouraged to bring their own CHA certified helmet (not a bike helmet). Helmets will be provided if your camper does not have one.
